The resort is constructed on about 1.56 hectares (3.85 acres) in Bungoma County near Mayanja Kibuke off the Bungoma-Malaba Highway. It consists of one main brick walled building which has two conference Halls which can house 80 to 100quests each, a reception with an in built office, extra big office, a big Restuarant Hall, a VIP Lounge, kitchen, two dry storage stores, utensil washing place, two toilets and a bath room. Within the compound, there are four incomplete wall bricked cottages, a pit latrine and urinal area.

The property is surrounded by huge rocks offering a serene environment and a good view of the natural habitat. It is ideal for wedding functions, Picnics and team building, Camping, workshops trainings, get-together functions/meetings or as a Tourist centre.
